Please note that you are contracting with the accommodation provider in respect of your reservation, and not with Roomex Limited. Roomex Limited is facilitating your contract with the accommodation provider through the use of its booking system.
Method of Payment :
Bookings require payment of a % deposit on behalf of the hotel and, in some cases, a booking fee. Payments are made by way of credit card. After a booking is made you will receive a reference number by email, together with your booking details. This should be presented to the hotel upon arrival.
Room Rates :
All of the listed rates are per room per night and include all taxes and service charges.
Cancellation :
The cancellation policy of the hotel will prevail. Typically, reservations must be cancelled by 10.00am local time at least two days prior to scheduled arrival to avoid full charges being made.
Please note any other specific terms and conditions of the hotel in your own booking.
In the event of a cancellation, the booking fee and deposit collected on behalf of the hotel will not be refundable.
Cancellations must be made by you directly with the Hotel.
Cancellations/Changes to Bookings made by the Hotel :
We hope and expect to be able to provide you with all the
services that we have confirmed with you at the time of your
booking. However, on occasions changes may have to be made
and we reserve the right to make those changes.
While we endeavour to provide all facilities advertised we
will not be liable for compensation in the event we are forced
to cancel or change your booking in any way as a result of
situations outside our control which we could not foresee
or avoid such as civil strife, industrial disputes, natural
disasters, war, terrorist activities, fire or flooding.
Check In :
Hotels may request Photo ID on Check-In.

Further, the Hosts are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate
entry of information, whether caused by Internet users or
by any of the equipment, or programming associated with or
made use of within the site or by any technical or human error
which may occur in the processing of any information related
to the site.
The Hotel may prohibit you from using the site if, at its
sole discretion you show a disregard for this Agreement or
act in an improper manner, with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten,
or harass any other person, or in any other disruptive manner.
If for any reason any portion of the site is not capable
of running as intended, including infection by computer virus,
bugs, tampering, unauthorised access, fraud, technical failures,
or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Hosts
which corrupt or effect the administration, security, fairness,
integrity, or proper operation of this site, The Hotel reserves
the right to prohibit any individual from using the site,
and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the site or any
portion thereof and void such data.
Users also agree that the Hosts are not responsible or liable
in any way for injury, loss or damage to entrant's computer
or interception or use of credit card information, related
to or resulting from use of the site or any sites, services
or materials linked or related thereto or therefrom, or use
of "test" or real booking mechanisms at any time,
and also are not responsible or liable in any way for any
injury, loss, claim or damage relating to or resulting from
any part of this site or the booking mechanism operating or
not operating on computers or networks used by entrant or
