Tranquillity Spa:
The 'Tranquillity Spa' brings a new level of luxury and therapy to the Wexford market. Overlooking the central courtyard of the hotel, the Spa has ten treatment rooms offering a wide range of therapies including body and head massage, aromatherapy, reflexology, algae wraps and hydrotherapy. Clients will enter a unique relaxation area before moving to a treatment room or into our thermal suite which includes a Hydrotherapy Spa pool, Laconium, Sauna, Tropical Rain Showers, Ice Fountain and Plunge Pool. From the moment you enter the Spa until you emerge from the Relaxation Room, clients will be cocooned in a relaxing, pampering environment from which they will emerge stress free and invigorated.
Cryotherapy Clinic &
High Perfor mance Centre:
At Whites of Wexford we aim to be both innovative and attentive to our guests needs. Hence we are the first hotel in Ireland or the UK to offer a cryotherapy clinic. Cryotherapy reduces recovery time from muscle strain and injuries and also gives pain relief in illnesses such as arthritis, muscles pain etc. Teams such as London Irish rugby team and the Welsh Rugby team have travelled from the UK to use these facilities. The chamber works by cooling the entire skin surface of the body in order to develop defensive reflexes and reactions such as stimulation of blood circulation, endocrine system, the immune system and the central nervous system. Other benefits include stress relief, general wellness, sleep disorders, central fatigue etc.
The Terrace Restaurant:
Fabulous European cuisine and superb wines are available in the Terrace Restaurant, famous for its local produce. For more informal dining the Library Bar and La Speranza Café bar are available. Our Outdoor Courtyard is also available to dine Alfresco or for summer barbeques.
