 This hotel is located on the coastline of East County Cork alongside Red Barn Beach in Youghal. It is approximately a 30-minute drive from Cork City, Ireland's second largest city. It is strategically located on the primary tourist route from Rosslare and Waterford. It is effectively the 'gateway' for the UK and Continental tourists arriving at Rosslare for the Cork/Kerry region.
Youghal is a colourful seaside town, which offers excellent shopping and leisure facilities. It is rightly regarded as one of Ireland's most popular tourism resorts. The vibrant town is the Beach Centre of East Cork. Quality Hotel & Leisure Centre, Youghal is located 2 miles from the centre of Youghal and enjoys a beachfront location on the beautiful sandy beach of Red Barn.

 The Quality Hotel & Leisure Centre, Youghal consists of 25 spacious airy Guestrooms to suit all guest needs; all of our bedrooms are en suite with direct dial telephone, TV, tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryer and iron & ironing board. We welcome all guests travelling individually or with family, the friendly team here at the Quality Hotel Youghal will do their best to make you feel at home. We can provide travel cots for families with young children.

Latest check-out: 12 noon
Cancellation: at least 48 hours prior to arrival, after which you will be charged the first night's accommodation cost.
Two Bedroom Self Catering Suites
 Each of these suites/apartments are equipped with a fully fitted kitchen, which includes washing machine/dryer, cooker, microwave, and dishwasher. Consisting of two bedrooms, a double room, a twin room ensuite and a separate bathroom. The Sitting room comes completely furnished to the highest standard with 2 two seater sofas and TV/Video (video available upon request). Seaview apartments can be requested (subject to availability).

Only one cot per family reservation is guaranteed.

Lannigans Restaurant
Lannigans Restaurant at the Quality Hotel & Leisure Centre, Youghal is a Branded Restaurant; part of the Lannigans Restaurant Chain introduced by Choice Hotels Ireland to satisfy the public demand for a lively, fun, family style Restaurant and is located on the 2nd Floor.
The food style takes its influences from the traditional American Family Steakhouse combined with an international theme of dishes around the world.
The atmosphere is casual, friendly and unpretentious. With Stunning Views of the Atlantic Ocean there is something for everyone, you will indeed find yourself wanting to return time and again, in fact with the Coast Bar underneath you don’t have to leave the building for a terrific night out.
The Coast Bar
The Coast Bar is modern and contemporary in design and is located on the Ground floor, is indeed an atmospheric spot for a relaxing drink and should prove to be a popular venue with both residents and the local community.
An Extensive Bar Food Menu is served from 12.30pm until 9pm each day along with our very popular Carvery Lunch. Entertainment is provided every Friday & Saturday Night, and on many other night during July & August. With sun-drenched views of the Atlantic Ocean and our Terrace in front of the bar you will be spoilt for Choice.
Location
Travelling from Cork City:
When travelling from Cork you take the 1st Exit left for Youghal and travel under the bypass towards Youghal for approx 0.5km. Then take a Right Turn onto the R633 for Ballymacody and travel on this road for approx 1km until you see the sign for the Quality Hotel and Turn Left and travel another 0.5km until you arrive at the Hotel and Redbarn Beach.
Travelling from Waterford:
When travelling from the Waterford/ Wexford side you take the Youghal Bypass Road and travel midway on the Bypass Road and take the left turn for Youghal Town. Travel approx 0.40km until you see a Right Turn with a Sign for The Strand. Then take this Right Turn and travel to the end of this road. Talk a Right Turn again at this T Junction and travel approx 1KM and then take a Left Turn onto the R633 for Ballymacody for approx 1km until you see the sign for the Quality Hotel and Turn Left and travel another 0.5km until you arrive at the Hotel and Redbarn Beach.
